Belt Scale

Weighing system for solid products transported by rubber belt conveyors. Due to its adjustable frame, this scale match to any type of belt conveyor.

It is a robust mechanical structure, that allows the easy and modular installation of up-to 4 weighing terminals in one control equipment, and it is suitable for conveyors of any belt width and flow.

There are different types of belt scales according to each application, Single idler (SI) and Multi idler (MI) where your weighing system changes, by direct attack or lever.

Applications

It is commonly used in cement, mining, quarries, aggregate plants, ice factories and in any other industry where is required to have a reliable measurement of the amount of product per each belt conveyor.
